  • Responsible for resolving complex maintenance support requests
  • Read and understand blueprints, schematics, mechanical drawings of machines
  • Repair and rebuild gear boxes, pneumatic cylinders, hydraulic cylinders
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair hydraulic systems
  • Inspect machinery and equipment to identify irregularities and malfunctions
  • Adjust machinery and repair or replace defective parts
  • Operate equipment to repair or fabricate parts required for maintenance or set-up of equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance that includes inspection, repair, cleaning, lubricating, changing filters and testing to confirm that equipmen is operating properly
  • Operate equipment per the applicable work instructions and process


  • Associates degree in electrical/electronic technology field or equivalent
  • Minimum of five years of hands on industrial experience with control and mechanical systems working in a lead or journey level capacity
  • Must have experience in and comfortable with troubleshooting AC/DC low voltage as well has high voltage circuits
  • Familiarity with AC/DC motor controls
  • Must have excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and correct issues quickly and efficiently
  • Possess skills in basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC systems
  • Ability to perform work while maintaining standards of performance
  • Familiarity with International Organization for Standardization (ISO) quality
    policies and procedures
