We are currently seeking 1–2 Maintenance Technicians for a temp-to-hire opportunity supporting a facility. This role offers hands-on work, strong hourly pay, and significant overtime as production ramps up.
Position Overview

Project-based role with fluctuating workload:

When Dayton/Middletown workload slows, technicians may assist at the Bowling Green location
-
Opportunity to convert to permanent employment based on performance and business needs
Key Responsibilities
-
Lab and equipment setup
-
Light fabrication and welding
-
Plumbing and mechanical work
-
Equipment installation and setup
-
Supporting engine testing and production activities
-
Working independently on assigned tasks
-
Occasional travel to support other facilities when needed
Requirements
-
2+ years of Maintenance Technician experience

Strong mechanical aptitude
-
Basic fabrication and welding experience

Plumbing and general maintenance skills
-
Computer literate
-
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Flexibility to travel when workload shifts

Willingness to work significant overtime
