Type: Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Sun-Thr 3rd Shift |10:30 pm – 7:00 am
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair mechanical systems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity. The ideal candidate will excel at troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing equipment while working safely and collaboratively with the team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 8+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance or repair, preferably in manufacturing
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical certification in mechanical maintenance or related field
- Experience with automated machinery and robotics
- Familiarity with manufacturing safety regulations and best practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical equipment
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues quickly to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve mechanical processes
- Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
Skills:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
