Job Title: MIG Welder
Location: Arlington, TX
Start Date: Hiring Immediately
Available Shifts:
- 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Pay Rate: $22–$23 per hour (based on shift)

Key Responsibilities – Welders

Utilize proper safety equipment in a welding environment

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
-
Safely operate powered hand tools and torch equipment
-
Operate horizontal and vertical saw equipment
-
Perform Stick, MIG, and TIG welding in all positions
-
Operate pipe cutting and threading equipment
-
Maintain welding machines and a clean work area
-
Follow overhead lifting and rigging protocols
-
Maintain high standards of housekeeping and hygiene
-
Comply with all safety and environmental regulations
-
Accurately track time and complete work orders
Position Requirements
-
1–3 years of hands-on welding experience
-
Ability to read blueprints and drawings
-
Basic math skills
-
Steel-toe boots required
-
General knowledge of power and electrical tools
-
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ lbs.

Must pass a drug screening

Welding test required
