Canadian Executive Search Group (USA ), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions has immediate openings for Experienced Mig Welders on 3rd shift, for a Tier 1 Automotive Supplier in Riverside MO. We are an equal opportunity employer.

Location: Riverside, MO.
Pay rate:
- Mig 3rd shift – $23.00/HR
Shift hours:
- 3rd shift – Monday – Friday – 10:00pm – 6:30am ( or until finished )
- Hours are subject to change
Overtime is available
Location: Riverside MO.
Responsibilities:
- Apply appropriate welding processes to meet specifications
- Set up and regulate equipment regularly
- Inspect and repair welds as needed to support the production and assembly of product components
- Maintain a clean work area during shift
- Perform as an active team member in performing other tasks within the cell ( as needed )
- Perform repetitive or routine duties while operating required equipment
- Knowledge of all welding processes and acceptable standards set by the industry
- Be able to work with minimal supervision
- Ensure that all duties and tasks are carried out in a safe and efficient manner
- Have great communication skills
Requirements:
- Mig welders must have at least 2 years recent Mig welding experience with Mild and Stainless Steel
- A successful 2G weld test is required as a part of the candidate screening process
- Must have own Welding PPE ( Welding helmet, Welding jacket, Steel toed boots )
- Must pass Post Offer Pre-Employment Drug Screen and Criminal Background Check
- Must be able to work full time and some OT as needed
- You must have your own reliable transportation to and from work (This job is not on the bus line)
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. frequently
