Canadian Executive Search Group is looking for an Industrial Mechanic/Millwright for one of our clients in the hot stamping industry.
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Provide maintenance support to all areas of production ensuring both machines and facilities are maintained to operate in a safe and efficient manner
- Strong troubleshoot abilities to diagnose equipment failures routine and non-routine
- Reads blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures
- Perform repairs to machinery and plant support systems with regards to hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical repairs
- Other duties as assigned
- Abide by all Company policies including, but not limited to the following: Health and Safety, Environmental, Quality, Human Resources policies, and the Employee Handbook
Minimum Qualifications:
- Stamping equipment e. feed line systems experience is an asset
- 3-5 years manufacturing environment working with industrial machinery
- Ability to work rotating shifts (days, afternoons, midnights)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Industrial Mechanic Millwright (433A)
Additional Information:
- Wage dependent on experience between $30 – $38/hour, with possibly some flexibility.
- Potential employees could be subject to a 10% quarterly bonus dependant on the Company hitting certain targets.
