We are currently seeking an experienced Mold Maker to join a growing manufacturing team in Winchester, TN. This is a day shift, temp-to-hire opportunity for a skilled professional who can work independently and take ownership of complex mold builds and repairs.
Key Responsibilities

Perform final inspection, complete work documentation, maintain material identification, and move work pieces

Fit and assemble molds, including:
-
Transferring and locating holes
-
Fitting and sizing mold components
-
Checking cooling and heating circuits
-
Installing mold components in the spotting press
-
Spotting and final inspection of molds
-
Installing ejector and runner system components
-
Checking assembled molds
-
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
-
10+ years of experience as a Mold Maker
-
Ability to work independently and perform under pressure
-
Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
-
High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
-
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
-
Excellent time management skills
-
Red Seal certification is an asset
Physical Demands & Working Conditions
-
Standing and walking for most of the workday
-
Lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally
-
Periodic climbing, reaching above shoulder height, and bending below the waist

Exposure to varying noise levels, temperatures, dust, fumes, and chemicals

Use of required PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, ear protection, and masks
