** CES has an immediate opening for a Janitorial Team Member for one of our clients in Windsor **

Summary

  • Steady Afternoons – 5:00pm – 2:00am
  • oversee 20 – 30 buildings and work closely with our cleaning team ensuring a high standard of quality cleanliness
  • responsible for employee schedules, oversee daily tasks to ensure they are completed well and on time
  • manage our inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies.

 

Requirements:

  • Service Industry management Required.
  • able to supervise, train, and direct multiple employees.
  • Must have a G license
  • janitorial technical skills
  • Ability to keep an “on-call” schedule occasional work required after designated working hours, holidays and weekends with.
  •  use of chemicals, equipment, waxing & stripping floors, carpet extracting, team cleaning, scrub and recoat, bathroom cleaning, and other services.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversees and participates in the recruitment, hiring, and training of team members
  • Visit client locations to attend operational walkthroughs and build the scope of work for clients and cleaning staff
  • Provide daily operations oversight for outside team
  • Ensure all necessary jobs and safety training is completed and documented as required.
  • Perform on-location audits and inspections
  • Ensure proper scheduling within sites to maximize productivity
  • Delivering cleaning and janitorial supplies
  • Develop and execute contingency plans for cleaners that call off work.
  • Mentor and coach other janitorial staff by providing supervision and feedback as well as Manage employee hours and approve timesheets for payroll
  • Complete employee evaluations
  • operations team maintains 100% execution and commitment to organizational standards
  • Support any other special projects the Management team might need assistance with

 

Salary – $50 – $60/yr ( depends on Experience)
