Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is currently hiring full-time Production Support team members for our client in Greensburg, IN.
Position Details:
Location: Greensburg, IN.
Available Shifts: A Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM ($17.00/hr) & B Shift: 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM ($19.00/hr)
Primary Responsibilities:
– Drive new automobiles through repair and shipping processes.
– Apply protective shipping wrap and grounding strips.
– Support manufacturing, warehouse, and production operations.
– Assemble, sort, inspect, and package parts using hand tools and equipment.
– Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Requirements:
– Valid Driver’s License and the ability to drive a manual transmission.
– Ability to stand, walk, or sit for up to 12 hours on concrete floors.
– Capability to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 35 lbs.
– Strong hand-eye coordination for repetitive fine motor tasks.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures.
