Payroll & Benefits Coordinator needed in Thamseville, ON. This is a direct hire opportunity. Please submit your resume and salary expectation.

Job Duties:

Process payroll, deductions including taxes, pension and insurance

Record hours submitted from temporary agencies and full-time employees

Review records to ensure accuracy, making necessary revisions

Process direct deposit

Coordinate and maintain benefits, pension and profits sharing

Issue ROE’s, T4’s

Ensure government agency records are accurate and up to date

Year end reconciliation, other payroll reports (monthly/weekly/annually)

Responsible for all employee files management and relevant records keeping



Five years’ experience or equivalent


Post-Secondary Training Payroll / Benefits Program and Certification considered an asset

Computer efficiency skills in Word, Excel, Power Point, and data bases as required
