Canadian Executive Search Group (USA) a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is now hiring Entry Level Platers for our client in Schaumburg, IL
1st shift 7:30am-3:30pm
2nd shift 3:30pm-11:30pm
3rd shift 11:30pm-7:30am
Pay rates range from $17.00-$22.00
As a Plater you will be trained in this position, knowledge of printed circuit Industry helpful
Requirements:
Attention to detail
Able to follow production control scheduling
Able to communicate with Management & Supervisory staff
Able to stand sit/stand for shift
Able to lift up to 20 pds
Responsibilities of a Plater are:
- Perform or operate set-ups, monitor and adjust plating as needed.
- Perform manual operations machine loading, operative plating and wet processes
- Evaluate and discontinue processing of non-conforming product and report it to manager
- To follow production control scheduling
- Loading, process plate circuits
- Submerge panels
- Load the line & tape boards
- Create plating recipes/art chemistry
