Canadian Executive Search Group, a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is currently hiring Process Cleaners for our client LH Battery located in Jeffersonville, Ohio!
Shifts:
- 1st shift: 6:30AM -3:00PM or 6:00AM- 2:30PM
- Weekends as needed.
Pay Rate:
- 1st shift – $17 to $19.00 /HR
Job Duties:

Physical Demands
This role requires a significant amount of walking daily, due to the size and nature of the site. -
Active Construction Site
Please be aware that you will be working in an active construction environment. Situational awareness and adherence to all site protocols are essential. -
Job Responsibilities
Once trained, team members may be assigned to any of the following tasks, as needed:-
CRDR (Clean Room Dry Room)

Cleaning
-
Monitoring
-
Inventory management
-
Entry/exit enforcement

Regulations enforcement
-
Violation reporting
-

Floors
-
Sweeping to ensure areas are free of dirt, dust, and debris
-
Waste and debris removal
-
Trash collection and disposal
-
Responding to additional LH Battery requests
-
-
Beams, Pipes, Ceilings, and Walls
-
Wipe clean and maintain dust-free conditions
-
-
Ducts and Filters
-
Monitor and replace construction filters as needed (daily checks)

Exterior Process Equipment
-
Clean and wipe down exterior surfaces (excluding control panels)

Attendance
Consistent attendance is the most critical factor in determining eligibility for full-time status. Punctuality and reliability are essential for continued employment.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of industrial cleaning experience preferred;
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass pre-screening background check and drug test
- Must be able to complete and pass required safety testing
