As a Process Technician, your role is crucial in ensuring smooth and efficient production while maintaining a safe environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Basic understanding of safety analysis.
- Crane and lift truck operation certification.
- Three years of injection molding experience.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends.
- Physical mobility and ability to lift up to 25kg.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and clean workplace.
- Ensure machines run efficiently and products meet quality standards.
- Perform daily mold maintenance.
- Address production issues proactively.
- Monitor auxiliary equipment.
- Report machine problems to maintenance.
- Document and verify machine settings.
- Prepare for smooth shift transitions.
- Collaborate with QA to ensure product quality.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and initiate repairs when necessary.
Core Competencies:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Strong knowledge of injection molding.
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency with essential tools
