Summary:
As a Product Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and enhancing our automotive components and systems, enabling us to deliver high-quality products that meet the industry Standards.
EDUCATION BACKGROUND:
- University or College Engineering Degree
WORKING EXPERIENCE:
- 2 years’ experience in Product Engineering
LANGUAGE ABILITY:
- Fluency in Korean and English, both oral and written is required
COMPUTER SKILLS:
- Proficient in using CAD software (e.g., CATIA, NX, SolidWorks) to design and validate complex automotive systems
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Engineering within the automotive industry, preferably at a Tier 1 manufacturer
- Design and engineer innovative automotive components, systems, and subsystems using CAD software tools.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Manufacturing, Quality, and other stakeholders, to ensure smooth engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Create and review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company and industry standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies and perform tests and analyses to validate and optimize designs, ensuring that all required functionality and performance targets are met.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices to improve efficiency and quality in product engineering processes.
- Collaborate with suppliers to assess and select appropriate components, materials, and technologies for integration into the design.
- Participate in product design reviews and provide technical recommendations for improvement, cost reduction, and manufacturability enhancement.
