CES/AWS is now looking for General Cleaners and Water Blasters for a client in the Blue Springs MS area
We have Weekend PT openings
Saturday and Sunday 1st shift – $11.50 + $3.00 covid bonus = $14.50 per hour.
Saturday 2nd shift- $12.50 + $3.00 covid bonus = $15.50 per hour.
Saturday 2nd shift Ice Blaster $13.00 + $3.00 covid bonus = $16.00 per hour.
The shift times are;
Saturday 2nd shift – 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm or until finish.
40K Water Blasting Job Description:
This job posting is for 40K Blasting position. This job requires heavy lifting (not > 50lbs), twisting
and turning of the body and using high pressure water to clean parts. Our 40K operation is not
like normal operations. Our 40K Lance is mounted on a tripod that is bolted to the ground. The
Blaster is standing behind a Lexan Wall (shatter resistant & bullet proof) during normal
operations and the lance is equipped with a counterbalance to reduce strain on the wrist and
The Blaster, with the Spotters help, will set up parts on a pneumatic table that raises, lowers,
and rotates. They will then blast the parts clean using the lance, then will remove the parts and
continue on until their production is done. The Blaster will alternate through out the day with
the Spotter, taking turns blasting parts/ Spotting for the Blaster.
When Spotting the TM will stand outside of the booth and manage operation of the 40K Pump.
This entails adjusting the pressure on the pump, writing down Production Times and Part #’s,
staging parts to be blasted and assisting the current Blaster with setting up for blasting
General Labor/ Weekend Job Description:
There will be some heavy lifting (not > 50lbs) and somewhat warm conditions. We would recommend the Team Members wear older clothes (clothes they do not mind getting dirty).
While working in Paint Dept. the Team Members will be cleaning the Prime, Base & Clear
Booths post weekly production operations, removing and replacing vinyl / plastic within the
Booths, cleaning inside conveyors, removing & replacing filters and general 5S of the Paint
Dept. While working in ED Dept. the Team Members will be assisting with Tank Cleaning, removal of
E-Coat, Oven & Heater Box Cleaning as well as removing and replacing filters.
