As a Production Associate, you’ll be pivotal in upholding our high standards of production quality and efficiency. Your role involves inspecting freshly washed crates, identifying defects, and pinpointing the causes—be it equipment or human error. Join us in maintaining top-notch production integrity and ensuring seamless operations.
Requirements:
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to PPE and food safety protocols.
- Self-motivated with strong reliability and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Clear communication skills, both verbal and written, for conveying detailed instructions.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Comfortable in both team-oriented and independent work environments.

Wage: $18.50/hour, Paid Weekly!
Position Type and Expected Hours:
- Full-time position with 37.50 hours per week.
- Flexible schedule with straight shifts (days or afternoons) and potential for rotating shifts.
- Weekend work required based on operational needs.
