Canadian Executive Search Group (CESG), a division of Arrow Talent Management (ATM), is NOW HIRING Production Facility Cleaners for our client in Woodruff, SC!

We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team at a large automotive manufacturing facility.

THIS IS NOT A TYPICAL JANITORIAL POSITION! This is a physically demanding, hands-on role involving heavy-duty cleaning, repetitive lifting, and maintaining production areas in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Position Details

• Location: Woodruff, SC
• Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Pay Frequency: Weekly

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (Midnight)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, PLUS at least one weekend day required.

Overtime: Required as needed based on production demands.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform heavy-duty cleaning throughout an automotive manufacturing facility.
• Clean production floors, equipment areas, and industrial workspaces.
• Remove debris, waste, and materials from designated production areas.
• Perform repetitive lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and other physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain industrial floors and work areas.
• Assist with general labor and facility cleaning duties as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and supervisor instructions.

Job Requirements

• Must be physically capable of performing repetitive heavy lifting and demanding physical work throughout the shift.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
• Previous manufacturing, industrial cleaning, warehouse, construction, or general labor experience preferred.
• Must be willing to perform heavy-duty cleaning in an active manufacturing environment.
• Must be available Monday–Friday AND at least one weekend day.
• Must be flexible to work overtime based on production needs.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely in an industrial setting.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physically demanding tasks.
