Location: Arlington, TX
Shift: Night Shift | 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM
Salary: $55,000–$60,000 annually (Based on Experience)
Arrow/CESG is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support quality and containment operations at a leading automotive manufacturing facility in Arlington, TX. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is ready to lead teams while supporting daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee on-site quality and containment activities.
- Support mechanical rework operations and ensure work meets customer specifications.
- Communicate with customers, supervisors, inspectors, and production teams to maintain workflow and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and quality records.
- Assist with site launches, including setup, training, and process validation.
- Provide leadership and support to small teams to achieve project goals.
- Perform hands-on work alongside the team as needed.
- Travel to other operational sites when required.
- Work overtime and weekends based on customer demands.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of management or leadership experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in Quality and Containment.
- Mechanical or rework experience required.
- Experience performing dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, height gauges, and other precision measuring tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related technical field preferred, or 5–7 years of equivalent experience.
- Reliable transportation with excellent attendance and punctuality.
Schedule
- 12-hour night shifts (6:30 PM – 6:30 AM)
- 4 days on / 3 days off (non-consecutive days off)
- Additional overtime and weekends may be required based on customer demand.
Work Environment
- Manufacturing environment with no climate control.
- Significant walking and standing throughout the shift.
- Must be willing to perform physical, hands-on work when necessary.
