Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is now hiring Qualified Admin candidates for our client in Hendersonville, NC! This position is on-site and part-time to start with the possibility to become full-time.

Job Type:

  • Part-time, to become full-time

Pay:

  • $17.00 – $18.00 per hour (DOE)

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support between the HR Manager and Accounting Manager
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Handling office tasks, such as filling, generating reports, and presentations
  • Assist with ensuring all safety procedures, practices, and regulations are followed
  • Organize, maintain files and database
  • Assist with employee record keeping and recruiting when required
  • May be required to assist with accounts payable and/or accounts receivable
  • Interact with staff at all levels of the organization
  • Perform other duties and project-based work as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School or GED required
  • Some college or higher education preferred.
  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
  • Ability to work independently or as a team
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
  • Maintain strict confidentially
