Responsibilities:
- Enter Invoices from forwarders
- Creates container records in the system
- Uploads documents into the system
- Update estimated arrival dates on orders and containers
- Issue purchase orders to suppliers
- Follow up on orders to ensure materials are shipped and delivered on promised dates
- Performs other related job duties as required
- Assists in projects that align with departmental performance
Qualifications:
- 1+ years prior relevant experience
- Associate degree in supply chain, business administration, or other related field
- Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to details
- Positive and professional demeanor
