Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is now hiring 1st and 2nd Shift Quality Inspectors for our client in the Automotive industry located in Spring Hill, TN

Pay rate: $16/hr
Shifts: 1st shift 6:00am-4:00pm Monday – Friday
2nd shift 4:00pm – 4:30 AM Monday- Friday.
Location: Spring Hill, TN
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector on first and second shift. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity located in Spring Hill, TN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lifting 30-50lbs. unassisted, ensuring quality meets standards, and promoting a safe and productive work environment. This is an indoors and outdoors multiple position so you must be able to work in all weather conditions: rain/snow, heat/cold or inside the plant non climate controlled.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in sorting and reworking, etc. as required per work instructions in an efficient
manner - Follow all work instructions given to you.
- Work assignments are performed in a safe and efficient manner
- Notify Lead Inspector/ Supervisor immediately if you are not able to follow the Work
Instructions as they appear i.e. broken / missing tools, lack of PPE, lack of understanding etc. - Participate in safe work environment for fellow members
- Forward suggestions for continuous improvement
- Understanding of 5S and ISO procedures
- Quality Inspector experience is not required.
Requirements:
- To represent Client in the most professional image at all times
- Understanding of ergonomics as it relates to setup and work cell flow
- Understand the requirements of the Company’s General Rules and Regulations
- All related duties as required
- Be a team player – help your team when needed.
- A commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Be able to wear PPE at all times – while on the production floor.
- Be able to work in all climate conditions (heat/cold, rain/snow) or in plant (heat/non climate controlled)
- Be able to travel to other plants if needed nearby.
- Be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
