Requirements:
✔ 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment
✔ 3+ years working in production, manufacturing, or outdoor/yard work settings
✔ 3+ years of experience in the automotive industry preferred
✔ Skilled in assembly line operations and quality inspections
✔ Strong focus on health and safety, ensuring safe equipment operation at all times
✔ Ability to work six days per week during peak launch programs
✔ Ability to work in inclement weather conditions
✔ Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent preferred
✔ Understanding of Kanban and FIFO methods
✔ Ability to pass a criminal background check
✔ Available for day, afternoon, or night shifts
