Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is now hiring for Quality Inspectors for our client located in Madison County, AL surrounding areas.
Start date: ASAP! (SOME POSITIONS REQUIRE SAME DAY STARTS)
Pay rate: Starting at $14/hr.

OT OPPORTUNITIES MAY BE AVAILABLE/MANDATORY
1st shift **6:00am-6:00pm Monday-Friday
2nd shift **6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Monday-Friday
Location: VARIES
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity located in various locations in North AL Area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lifting 50 lbs. unassisted, ensuring quality meets standards, and promoting a safe and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in sorting and reworking, etc. as required per work instructions in an efficient
manner - Follow all work instructions given to you.
- Work assignments are performed in a safe and efficient manner
- Notify Lead Inspector/ Supervisor immediately if you are not able to follow the Work
Instructions as they appear i.e. broken / missing tools, lack of PPE, lack of understanding etc. - Participate in safe work environment for fellow members
- Forward suggestions for continuous improvement
- Understanding of 5S
- Quality Inspector experience is a plus!
- May require lifting between 50-75 lbs assisted.
Requirements:
- Have an understanding of how to operate Vantage scanners
- To represent Client in the most professional image at all times
- Be aware of the requirements of the CVP package
- Understanding of ergonomics as it relates to setup and work cell flow
- Understand the requirements of the Company’s General Rules and Regulations
- All related duties as required
- Be a team player – help your team when needed.
- A commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Be able to wear PPE at all times – while on the production floor.
- Be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
