AWS/CES is looking for a Quality Supervisor and quality coordinators (1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift)

Pay Rate: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and organized Quality Supervisors to oversee operations on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts at our Greenville, SC facility. This role involves ensuring production runs smoothly, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team to meet operational goals. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, flexibility to meet customer demands, and familiarity with ISO standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily shift operations.
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, including ISO compliance.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Handle physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing, as required.
- Maintain flexibility to address customer needs and operational demands.
Qualifications:
- Required:
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and insurance (local travel required).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and 50–75 lbs assisted.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Criminal background check, drug screen, and post-offer pre-employment physical.
Physical Demands:
- Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and standing.
- Stepping up, stepping down, and carrying as necessary.
