AWS/CES is looking for a Quality Team Lead in Spring Hill TN
This is a temp-to-hire position.
Salary -$18 an hour.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of quality assurance professionals.
- Set clear performance expectations, monitor progress, and provide feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.
Quality Assurance Strategy:
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality standards and goals.
- Ensure adherence to quality policies and procedures.
Quality Monitoring:
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and evaluations of products, processes, or services.
- Identify and report quality issues, deviations, or non-compliance.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions as needed.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of quality data, reports, and documentation.
- Prepare and present quality performance reports to management.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Training and Development:
- Provide training and onboarding for new team members.
- Support ongoing professional development and skills enhancement.
- Ensure team members are up-to-date with industry best practices.
Continuous Improvement:
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.
Collaborate with teams to implement quality-enhancing solutions.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of improvement efforts.
Customer Satisfaction:
Work to maintain or improve customer satisfaction by addressing quality concerns.
Respond to customer feedback and take corrective actions when necessary.
