Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Team Lead to oversee our quality assurance processes during the 2nd shift. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of safety and reliability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control within a manufacturing environment and possess leadership capabilities to guide and mentor a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the quality assurance team to ensure effective testing processes.
- Develop, coordinate, schedule, and present training to employees regarding the Quality Management System and quality software.
- Collaborate closely with production teams to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Maintain and enhance quality assurance processes and standards.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a quality assurance role within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work 2nd shift hours and adapt to changing schedules as needed.
