Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Quality Team Lead to join our team in Kansas City. This is a day shift, temp-to-hire opportunity for a motivated individual with prior leadership experience in a quality or manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise quality team members on the production floor

Perform quality inspections and ensure products meet company standards

Oversee containment sorting and quality control activities as needed

Complete accurate data entry and quality reports

Communicate quality issues and findings to management

Ensure team members follow safety and quality procedures
Requirements:

Prior supervisory or team lead experience (required)

Strong attention to detail

Experience with data entry and reporting
-
Previous containment sorting and/or quality control experience (preferred)

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
