CES/AWS is currently seeking a Raw Material and Quality Supervisor for an Industrial Manufacturing client in Pulaski, TN.

Schedule: Full Time/On-site
Compensation: $60k-$70k DOE
Direct Hire position
Responsibilities:
- Manage the use of raw materials in the most cost-effective way utilizing a least cost charge program ‘Vulcan’.
- Coordinates the usage of raw materials, parts, and finished products between the source and final destination.
- Monitors material requirements and communicates with purchasing, production, sales, and warehouses.
- Prepare and execute quality control activities, including tests and evaluations. Analyze and interpret the results of these activities.
- Report and analyze non-conformities with raw materials, make recommendations and execute corrective actions as defined by Technical Management.
- Manage the daily quality control operations by ensuring that control processes, testing systems, and audit/review systems deliver desired KPIs.
- Making sure data is gathered to properly identify problems and determine the root cause of issues.
- Using benchmarking, identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Supervise and manage assigned team(s) day-to-day operations, develop and implement an operational plan and objectives for the Spectrometer Lab within established guidelines and policies, and realize the agreed-upon objectives and targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience in quality, raw material, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of manufacturing industry experience.
- Solid background in manufacturing quality and raw materials.
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
