Location: Washington Courthouse, Ohio (Must be willing to travel to travel to Client sites up to 1 hour and 1/2)

Shift: Monday – Friday (9am-5pm)

Overview:
We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team in the Washington Courthouse area. This is a direct-hire opportunity for an energetic, people-focused professional with staffing industry experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, passionate about connecting talent with opportunities, and skilled in building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for light industrial and administrative roles
Able to drive up to 1 hour 30 mins to Client Sites as needed
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified applicants
Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand hiring needs
Coordinate onboarding processes, including orientation and paperwork
Manage job postings, recruitment campaigns, and community outreach
Communicate effectively in with candidates and clients
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Requirements:
Staffing agency experience is mandatory
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Proficient with computers and applicant tracking systems
