About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team In this role, you will split your time between our local office and working onsite at a client location, ensuring seamless recruitment processes and fostering strong relationships with both candidates and clients. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of talent acquisition while playing a critical role in meeting client staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify top talent.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their hiring needs.
- Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and interview schedules.
- Conduct onsite visits to the client’s location to address immediate staffing needs and maintain strong communication.
- Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure compliance with hiring procedures.
- Build a network of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
Qualifications:
- Previous recruiting experience is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between the office and client site.
