Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and interview candidates for light industrial and professional positions

Build strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements

Manage job postings, onboarding, and compliance documentation

Support daily recruiting operations in a fast-paced staffing environment

Collaborate with the team to meet hiring goals and client expectations
Qualifications:

Previous staffing or recruiting experience required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
