AWS/CES is looking for a Reliability Engineer for our automotive manufacturing client.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer and execute company reliability strategies and CMMS standards.
Support new program launches, production, and field performance monitoring.
Conduct layered process audits (LPAs) and ensure adherence to company standards.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and maintenance teams to drive continuous improvement.
Provide technical expertise in reliability methods, testing, data analysis, and risk management.
Review MFMEA and PFMEA for new designs and processes to ensure compliance with company standards.
Identify opportunities to enhance maintenance methods and reduce downtime and costs.
Travel up to 50–75% to support plant and vendor locations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls Engineering, or 3–5 years of relevant experience in reliability or test engineering within the automotive industry.
5–8 years of mechanical and maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with CMMS systems and asset management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven RCA and continuous improvement experience.
ASQ Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) or Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
