Sales Manager-Aggregates and Recycling

CES/AWS is looking for a Sales Manager for our aggregates and recycling client in Franklin, TN

  • Location: Franklin, TN
  • Direct Hire
  • Salary Range: $140k – $160k
  • Willingness to travel extensively across North America (approximately 50%).

Key Responsibilities:

Market & Business Development

  • Drive growth in Aggregates & Recycling by strengthening customer programs and developing new opportunities with dealers, recyclers, and crushing operations.
  • Partner with customers to optimize wear part performance, reduce total cost of ownership, and secure long-term agreements.

Territory Expansion & Coverage

  • Identify high-potential markets and execute entry strategies.
  • Leverage OEM relationships and local dealers to accelerate penetration into new regions.

Dealer & Distribution Network

  • Build and manage a strong dealer network to expand market reach.
  • Provide training, pricing guidance, and marketing tools to ensure consistent value delivery.
  • Balance direct sales and channel partnerships for optimal growth.

Sales Management & Execution

  • Develop and implement regional sales plans aligned with North American objectives.
  • Support Account Managers in customer visits, negotiations, and technical credibility.
  • Monitor performance against sales targets, adjusting strategies as needed.

Account Manager Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop Account Managers, setting clear objectives and providing feedback.
  • Ensure account plans are in place for key customers to grow share of wallet.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer focus.

Forecasting & Financial Management

  • Manage regional budgets, monitor channel/account performance, and implement corrective actions.
  • Deliver accurate rolling forecasts informed by market trends and competitor insights.

Marketing & Visibility

  • Represent company at trade shows, workshops, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on tailored campaigns that support direct and dealer-driven sales.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven track record in sales and business development in Aggregates, Recycling, or related equipment/wear parts industries.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing commercial teams.
  • Solid understanding of quarrying, crushing, and recycling processes.
  • Ability to turn strategy into measurable results.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in English required; Spanish strongly preferred.
