Shifts:
- 7:00AM-3:30PM
(mandatory overtime when required)
Location: Havana, IL
Responsibilities:
- Scale Clerk is a clerical position involved in the daily tasks of the office (weighing trucks, grading grain, operating a PLC program, data entry, answer phone and filing).
- This position will provide excellent customer service displaying a positive and professional attitude.
- Weigh trucks data entry, answer phone, file, and retain documents
- Maintain clean and neat workspace
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) or equivalent.
- 18+ years of age.
- Willing to work overtime and weekends
- Understand and follow company safety procedures
- Prolonged periods of standing and sitting
- Prolonged periods of using a telephone, bending, & kneeling
- Computer skills are a must; previous experience with data entry using Microsoft Word & Excel
