Canadian Executive Search Group (CES), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions (AWS), is now hiring is an experienced dynamic onsite Recruiter to manage and coordinate the recruitment efforts for a high-volume staffing.
Start Date: Immediate
Pay Rate: $40,000 – $45,000 / yr + benefits
Location: Oshawa, Ontario
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate should have experience working in the staffing industry, in the light industrial industry, working with a growing team of temporary associates.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
- Bilingual English and Spanish required.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong computer skills that include Microsoft Word, Excel and an ATS (applicant tracking systems).
- Needs to be highly organized with great attention to detail.
- Outgoing and approachable personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment meeting daily deadlines.
- Demonstrates accountability.
- Able to work independently.
- Previous recruiting in a high-volume environment for a minimum of 2 years
- Multi-tasking abilities
- The Onsite Recruiter will be able to work with all levels of management and team members.
