Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, has an immediate Service Coordinator opening for our client in the Santa Clara area. This is a full-time, temp to perm.

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Start: Hiring Immediately

Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour

Hours: 8am-5pm

Job Summary:

  • Provides administrative support for the day-to-day operations of the service center department,
    including coordinating parts/materials delivery and ordering supplies, coordinating work orders,
    and receiving customers’ instruments.
  • May routinely provide support to remote team members.
  • Response to customer inquiries acts as liaison with product divisions and other internal entities.
  • Solves problems that are limited in scope and complexity.

Essential Job Functions

  • To ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency, responsibilities include:
  • Responsible for maintaining inventory of parts in service center warehouse.
  • Establish inventory controls (Item management in SAP ECC, Min/Max Levels, Cycle
    Counts, usage reports)
  • Response to and resolve Parts inquiries through follow-up with Service Lab
    Techs/Engineers and cross-departments
  • Deliver parts/materials to various labs. Must be able to lift or maneuver up to 50lbs.
  • Perform general office duties such as responding to a variety of routine and non-routine
    customers inquire; in-house repair orders (IHRO)
  • Initiate and maintain ongoing open communication with IHRO customers, 3rd party vendors
    and other internal departments to verify, and escalate service orders.
  • Receive and packages instruments from the service lab and maintain information in the Service
    Manager application.
  • Answer phone calls and e-mails from customer to address any customer concern with the
    the highest level of response and attention

Qualifications

  • May require some higher education or specialized training/certification.
  • 2 years of administrative experience and customer relations (Technical environment preferred)
  • Experience with SAP ECC/CRM and ServiceManager platform is a plus
  • Must be able to lift or maneuver up to 50lbs
