Job Responsibilities

• Operate shot peening machinery safely and efficiently
• Load and unload parts into the machine
• Monitor machine performance and product quality
• Perform routine inspections and follow work instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of machine operating experience required
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• CNC experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
