Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sit-Down Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in St.
Louis, MO. This role involves handling large and bulky materials, so candidates with
experience operating high-capacity forklifts (up to 12K lbs) are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
● Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently
● Move, load, and unload large, heavy, and bulky materials
● Transport materials throughout the warehouse and staging areas
● Ensure proper handling to prevent damage to products and equipment
● Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures
● Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Requirements
● Forklift certification (required)
● Experience operating sit-down forklifts (12K capacity experience preferred)
● Comfortable handling oversized and heavy loads
● Strong attention to safety and detail
● Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
● Reliable attendance and punctuality
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience with big and bulky material handling
● Background in industrial or heavy material warehouse operations
