About the Role
We’re looking for a Sr. IT Manufacturing Quality Systems Engineer to implement and improve our electronic Quality Management System (eQMS). You’ll help streamline quality processes, ensure compliance, and integrate quality systems with manufacturing operations.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and improve eQMS platforms for quality management.
- Configure features like CAPA, audits, document control, and supplier quality.
- Create dashboards and reports for real-time quality tracking.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other industry standards.
- Integrate QMS with ERP, MES, WMS, and LIMS systems.
- Automate quality monitoring and reporting.
- Work with teams to analyze and fix quality issues.
- Train employees and provide technical support for QMS systems.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5-7 years of experience managing QMS systems in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of eQMS platforms (MasterControl, Arena, ETQ, TrackWise).
- Experience in QMS validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and compliance.
- Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- Experience in battery, automotive, or regulated industries is a plus.
