Sr. IT Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and deadlines.
Work closely with engineering, operations, and finance teams to identify IT requirements and prioritize initiatives.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, resource allocation, and budget estimation.
Monitor project progress, manage timelines and budgets, and address any deviations to ensure successful completion.
Oversee vendor selection and management, negotiate contracts, and establish service-level agreements.
Implement and optimize IT infrastructure, including ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), MES, cybersecurity, networking, and data analytics platforms.
Drive process enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize IT systems and boost operational efficiency.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of experience managing IT projects in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive or energy sector.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), MES, cybersecurity, networking, and cloud computing.
Proven ability to manage complex IT projects from initiation to completion, delivering results on time and within budget.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with stakeholders at all levels.
A results-driven, strategic thinker who can leverage technology to achieve business objectives.
Project management certification (PMP, Prince2) is a plus.
Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus.
