AWS/CES is seeking a Sr. Solutions Architect SAP SD & Service Systems Specialist for a battery cell manufacturing client in Memphis, TN

- Schedule: Direct Hire/ Full time
- Compensation: $140k salary base DOE + Benefits
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional specifications for S/4HANA SD and Service modules.
- Architect scalable S/4HANA solutions by defining system landscapes, data flows, integrations, and configurations.
- Develop detailed technical blueprints, including system configuration, customization, interfaces, and development objects.
- Lead end-to-end implementation, including configuration, data migration, testing, and deployment of S/4HANA SD and Service modules.
- Ensure seamless integration between S/4HANA SD and Service with other SAP modules (MM, FI, CRM) and external systems.
- Develop training materials and provide hands-on support to end-users on new functionalities
- Troubleshoot issues and continuously optimize system performance.
- Stay updated on the latest S/4HANA developments and propose innovative solutions.
- Leverage industry best practices to enhance business processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in SAP SD and Service Systems (Warranty, Recalls, Returns, etc.), including configuration and support. - Proven track record in at least two full-cycle SAP implementations and system upgrades.
- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA SD and Service, covering sales order management, pricing, delivery, billing, service contract management, and service order processing.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and maintenance strategies in industries such as automotive, EV, FMCG, etc.
- Proficiency in SAP Fiori apps, Business Technology Platform (BTP), analytics tools, IDocs, BAPIs, and other integration technologies.
- Experience with SAP MM, SD, WM/EWM, FI/CO integration points.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to mentor junior consultants and guide project teams.
- SAP certification in PP/QM modules is preferred.
