Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is currently hiring full-time Tugger Operators for our client in Marysville, OH.
Position Details:
– Location: Marysville, OH
– Available Shifts:
– A Shift: 5:45 AM – 2:30 PM Monday- Friday
– B Shift: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM Monday- Friday
Pay:
A shift $17.50/hr.
B shift $17.75/hr.
Primary Responsibilities:
– Transport materials, including color guards and water leak materials, to designated stations along the assembly line according to the delivery schedule.
– Arrive on time daily.
– Communicate with leadership quickly and effectively.
– Perform product quality inspections.
– Report inspection findings to the supervisor for approval.
– Display leadership within the workplace at all levels.
Requirements:
– Operate a tugger to move materials safely and efficiently throughout the plant.
– Follow a predetermined route and schedule to supply materials to specific assembly line locations.
– Load and unload materials as needed with accuracy.
– Conduct inspections when not operating the tugger.
– Adhere to all safety protocols and plant regulations.
– Ability to stand in the warehouse for up to 10-12 hours and lift up to 30 lbs.
– Ensure that all quality check procedures are followed during every production phase.
– Demonstrate an analytical, logical thought process and meticulous attention to detail.
– Maintain compliance with company policies and governmental regulations.
