CES/AWS is looking for a Warehouse Manager.
Location: Windsor, ON
Salary: $80,000 per year
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of warehouse staff across all shifts to achieve operational excellence and meet performance targets.
Inventory Management: Ensure efficient inventory control, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods while minimizing errors and discrepancies.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement, implement best practices, and continuously optimize warehouse operations for increased efficiency.
Safety: Promote a culture of safety and enforce compliance with all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
Quality Control: Maintain product quality standards through thorough inspection and adherence to company standards.
Budget Management: Manage the warehouse budget effectively, controlling costs and optimizing resource allocation.
Communication: Foster clear communication and collaboration between shifts and other departments to ensure a seamless flow of operations.
Reporting: Generate and analyze reports related to warehouse performance and inventory levels, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of warehouse management experience.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution processes.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
