AWS/CES is seeking a Warranty Specialist for a Motorcycle client in Toronto, ON
- Location: Near Toronto, ON
- Schedule: Temp to Hire/ Full time
- Must be fluent in French
- Must have Technical knowledge (ideally Master Tech)
Position Overview:
As a Warranty Specialist, you will evaluate and process warranty claims while providing technical support across Canada as needed. This role combines technical expertise, hands-on motorcycle experience, and exceptional customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Warranty Claims: Evaluate and process warranty claims in alignment with company policies.
Technical Analysis: Analyze technical data to validate warranty cases.
Collaboration: Work closely with dealerships and service centers to resolve claims promptly.
Technical Support: Provide expert support to clients and internal teams across Canada.
Record Management: Maintain accurate documentation of warranty evaluations, approvals, and rejections.
Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and optimization of warranty processes.
Travel: Travel as required to support evaluations, deliver training, or address onsite concerns.
Qualifications:
Bilingual French and English
Certification: Master Technician certification or degree in Automotive Technology.
Experience: Hands-on experience with motorcycles is mandatory. Tier 1 or OEM experience required.
Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of automotive systems and motorcycle mechanics preferred.
Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and a customer-focused mindset.
Language: Must be fluent in French.
