Canadian Executive Search Group Inc. is currently hiring General Labour / Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in Guelph, ON.
Location: Guelph, ON
Pay Rate: $19.50/hour
Shifts Available:
- Days: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Afternoons: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery safely and follow work instructions.
- Perform general labour and manufacturing duties.
- Load and unload materials from machines.
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Follow production procedures and Health & Safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work with team members to meet production targets.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is required.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and handle materials as required.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

Hiring Process
