Canadian Executive Search Group (CES), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions (AWS), is now hiring Warhouse Maintenance Technician for our client in Arlington, Texas. These are full time, temp to perm positions for Members.
Location: Arlington, Texas
Start Date: Hiring Immediately
Wages: From to $25+ hourly depending on position and experience
Hours: 1pm-9:30pm + This role will require flexibility due to us being an operation and a shift pattern will be put in place that will require working nights and weekends including overtime.

Description:
The role of a Plant Maintenance, Electrician, Technician, and Trainee is to participate in the Total and
Preventive Maintenance (TPM) for all equipment and facilities
.
The main missions of the roles are to:
▪ Install, repair and maintain all equipments and facilities
▪ Perform minor repairs to building fixtures, perform minor plumbing repairs, clean electrical fixtures,
replace bulbs and do painting
▪ Analyse mechanical and operational problems on assigned equipment and make necessary
corrections and running adjustments to maintain maximum production and quality
▪ Try out equipment after repairs, changeovers or extended downtime
▪ Record operational data, such as pressure readings, length of stroke, feeds and speeds for use in set-up
and preventive maintenance records
▪ Propose and implement continuous productivity and quality improvement actions for all facilities and
process efficiency
▪ Give advice on technical specifications of a new equipment and alterations on existing equipment
and facilities, making sure manufacturing, Health, Safety and Environment and maintainability
requirements are met
▪ Participate in the management of the inventory of spare parts and consumables to eliminate downtime
▪ Keep up to date documentation related to maintenance
▪ Train operators on the safe operation of production equipment
▪ Maintain clean and safe working environment in line with company policy
▪ Adhere to all work rules and procedures

Job Knowledge / Skills / Qualifications:
▪ Technical dipolima and/or journey man card
▪ Perform taks of substantial variety/complexity which require an extensive knowledge of
fabrication/processing techniques, tools, materials, machines and equipment
▪ Electrical wiring and mechanical skills
▪ Working knowledge of Quality systems and Health, Safety and Environmental skills
▪ Strong technical problem solving skills
▪ Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
▪ Satisfactory company work record, including attendance
▪ Successful completion of Faurecia’s in-house training program
▪ Ability to follow instruction verbal and written – good math, language and reading skills required
▪ Good communication skills demonstrated by the ability to communicate with employees of all levels
▪ Demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team and in a positive manner
▪ Level 1 can perform maintenance, electrician, and electronics technician duties
▪ Level 2 can perform maintenance and electrician duties only or electrician and electronics technician
duties only
▪ Level 3 can perform maintenance duties only or electricain duties only
▪ Level 4 Trainee must pass standardized test and do on job training in order of maintenance skillset,
electrician skillset, technician skillset, and complete 4 year apprentice period.
Physical Requirements:
▪ Job involves lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, exerts 25 to 100 pounds of force occasionally and
exerts 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
▪ Requires pushing, pulling, reaching, standing, walking, gripping and bending
▪ High mental and visual effort required
▪ Work involves considerable bending and twisting
▪ Able and willing to work overtime when required – up to 12 hours a day / 7 days a week
Safety / Hazards:
▪ Steel toed shoes required in production area at all times due to physical hazards from moving
equipment, machine parts and product
▪ ANSI Z87.1 standard safety glasses required in production area due to dust, oils and debris
▪ Kevlar sleeves required in production area due to potential lacerations
▪ May be Exposed to flying objects such as weld slag and sparks
▪ May be exposed to weld fumes and dust
▪ Exposed to moderate burns, cuts and bruises
▪ Exposed to significant temperature changes in the facility – (heat in the summer / cold in the winter)
