The Canadian Executive Search Group, a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions is now hiring a Baler / Sorter for our Client in Decherd, TN

Start date:  As Soon As Possible (Pending Processing)

Payrate:  $16.00/hr

Shifts: Shift: Weekend  (Day Shift)

Shift Hours:
Friday 5:30am – 6pm
Saturday 6am – 6:30pm
Sunday 6:30am – 7pm

Description:

  • Assist tug operators upon arrival to the back area by unloading cardboard from gondolas
  • Ensure proper material sorting by removing plastic, paper, and non-cardboard contaminants
  • Maintain bale quality by loading only clean cardboard to prevent contamination during baling and truck loading

Job Responsibilities
– Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
– Restock and organize inventory
– Use RF scanners and basic computer systems

What We’re Looking For:
– Entry-level candidates welcome
– Warehouse experience is required.
– Ability to lift 50–70 lbs regularly
– Comfortable standing and working in a fast-paced environment
– Basic reading, counting, and computer skills
– Flexibility to work overtime as needed
