Location: Hybrid (remote with occasional on-site requirements)
Pay: $25.00 per hour ($52,000 annually) + bonus potential
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Program Manager, Vendor Support Services to oversee vendor relationships, onboarding, compliance, and operational workflows within a workforce management program.
In this role, you will act as the central point of coordination between vendors and client sites—ensuring smooth operations, accurate reporting, and timely issue resolution. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment and enjoys building strong working relationships.
What You’ll Do
Vendor Management & Onboarding
- Identify, vet, and onboard staffing vendors
- Ensure vendors are fully set up within established timelines (target: 7 business days)
- Maintain accurate onboarding records and compliance documentation
Program Operations
- Manage day-to-day vendor and client interactions
- Serve as the first point of contact for vendor issues and contract discrepancies
- Escalate unresolved issues with clear documentation and recommendations
Invoice & Financial Coordination
- Review and reconcile vendor invoices
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies prior to payment
- Maintain a discrepancy rate below 2%
Compliance & Reporting
- Conduct regular compliance audits
- Deliver weekly activity summaries and monthly performance reports
- Track key performance indicators and proactively flag trends
Training & Support
- Provide onboarding and platform training to vendors and clients
- Support timekeeping tools and system usage
- Identify process improvement opportunities
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with client contacts
- Respond to inquiries professionally and within expected timelines
- Represent the organization with professionalism and accountability
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Communications, or related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional communication skills in client-facing environments
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and email tools
Preferred:
- Exposure to financial concepts (budgets, reporting, P&L)
- Experience in staffing, workforce management, or operations (a plus, not required)
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
