AWS/CES is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a HR Generalist for an Industrial Manufacturing client in Pulaski, TN.

  • Location: Pulaski, TN
  • Schedule: Full Time, Onsite M-F hours
  • Compensation: $60k-$72k DOE

Responsibilities:

HR Administrative Systems: Verify and process data in HR administrative systems. Execute administrative processes related to personnel administration, occupational health and safety, absenteeism, onboarding, and benefits calculations.

Compensation and Benefits: Apply and interpret compensation and benefits policies, including tax, social security, and labor law regulations within the local environment. Manage payroll processes and handle salary and appraisal rounds administration.

Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate the drafting of job descriptions and the placement of vacancies. Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and prepare routine documentation for the recruitment process and engagement of new employees, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

HR Information Systems: Ensure the availability and functioning of all systems that provide HR information. Provide periodic and ad-hoc management information to relevant stakeholders using applicable HR information systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of proven experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits policies, tax, social security, and labor law regulations.
Proficient in HR administrative systems and HR information systems.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
