Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of practical experience and a proven track record in design and project development. You will play a key role in managing project documentation and working closely with engineers, managers, and customers to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review contracts to determine required documentation for each project phase.
- Ensure project documents are complete and in compliance with contract requirements.
- Prepare and submit budgetary proposals, process designs, and P&IDs.
- Collaborate with project managers to handle change orders and other project needs.
- Arrange and lead customer meetings as required.
- Maintain regular communication with customers for technical support and project updates.
- Assist in product planning, technical research, and marketing program development.
Prerequisites:
- High School Diploma or equivalency (College Degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in project design and development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and database applications.
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Leadership capability and dedication to continuous improvement.
- High level of integrity and work ethic.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be flexible and willing to support the off-shift (s) when required.
